What is it you use to cover your equipment, Mr. Beckerman, when you go out in all of these inclement weather situations? I have always wondered that, that always fail to ask.
Thanks, Jeff

Peter - thanks.

Jeff - I almost always go out with my camera in a small camera bag. If I know it’s going to rain, and if I’m on the ball, I bring an umbrella. If I have a jacket, I keep the camera under my jacket. And yes, in weather like this whatever I do the camera does get wet. I did once make an umbrella that was attached to an angle flash bracket but I found that in the wind I couldn’t keep the camera steady.

So, in short, no magic solution. Just try and dry the camera off as soon as I can.
