Dear Sir/Madam,

We were informed that your credit card is used by another person or stolen. It could happen if you have been shopping on-line, and someone got your "Billing information" including your credit card number. To avoid and prevent any further fraud and billing mistakes and to refund your credit card, it is strongly recommended to proceed filling in the secure form on our site and applying for our Zero Liability program. Program is free and it will help us to confirm the fact of fraud and investigate this accident as soon as possible.

Sincerely yours, Visa Support Assistant, Alwin Desagun.

-- Yeah, right.  Who do they think they're kidding.  Maybe you'd like me to just send you my credit card through snail mail so you could use it. Sheesh.

Can you tell me what movie this quote is from: "They try -- man how they try."

Hint: One of the funniest movies ever made.

The very idea of a bird is a symbol and a suggestion to the poet. A bird seems to be at the top of the scale, so vehement and intense his life. . . . The beautiful vagabonds, endowed with every grace, masters of all climes, and knowing no bounds -- how many human aspirations are realised in their free, holiday-lives -- and how many suggestions to the poet in their flight and song!

This is an ugly design from IMatch, but the design is right out of the box, and for the first time -- I have an easy way of sorting images by categories.  This is going to be a big boost for things like the stock photography section.  In other words, you can categorize your images (wow) and have the web pages generated based on the categories.

As soon as I finish up this last order, I am going to begin experimenting with modifying the IMatch template to fit the design of the rest of the site and to include the IPTC metadata (they have a couple of scripts that do this already).

All the things that were really bugging me about the Photoshop Web Gallery are addressed by IMatch.

I also think that I've discovered something about the ranking of the Google images.  It seems that, and this is hard to believe, that a good deal of the sorting is a) alphabetical and b) based on the number of images on the page.  Many of the images I looked at started with "numbers" or low letters in the alphabet.  This could explain why it chose to show "cat" photographs.

According to these rules, I might begin shooting aardvarks.  I haven't seen too many aardvarks in NYC recently, but I'll keep an eye out for them.
