Tired Photographer

Today I went out and spent most of the morning shooting ducks, turtles, and Egrets in Central Park. I don’t have the strength or energy to shoot things that are going to confront me — such as strangers on the streets of New York. I’m certainly not by any stretch of the imagination, a Nature photographer. But I go through these moods where I need to feel cleansed of the urban landscape, and find some sort of peace, and often Central Park is the only place where I find this.
