All prints are hand-printed by me in the darkroom on double-weight Ilford fiber paper (silver gelatin). They are matted on Westminster bright-white, acid-free board, and include a 4-ply bevel-cut overmat. You can expect these prints when properly framed to last for a very long time (perhaps a hundred years or more).

All prints are signed and dated. Limited Editions are also numbered, both on the back of the print, and on the top 'window' mat.

There is no difference in quality between an 'Open Edition' and a 'Limited Edition'. One is numbered, the other is not.

"The performance of a piece of music, like the printing of a negative, may be of great variety and yet retain the essential concepts." -- Ansel Adams.

All prints are matted on two-ply acid free board. The over-mat (beveled window) is 4-ply mat. Only acid-free museum-quality materials are used.

Prints are not framed, but all mats used are standard photographic print sizes.

** Actually, M. who lives in New York, bought two prints, wasn't crazy about how the prints looked next to each other, and came to my studio and walked out with another four prints. I'm not sure if this qualifies as a return or an exchange.
