2007. 'The Pond' of Central Park - with fog. I thought the lamp post gave a good anchor and scale for the silhouetted tree. Beautiful grays across the pond.
I was also emailed this:
"It is also the pond that Holden Caulfield is concerned with in Catcher In the Rye. Repeatedly wondering what happens to the ducks when The Pond freezes over for winter. Salinger would have to think of another motif these days." - Rob
