Brooklyn Bridge

I added two prints to the Photography Store :: By Bethesda Fountain (a pretty stupid name since I don't know what those arches are called); and Triborough Bridge at night.  Both prints were difficult to do in the darkroom which is why I didn't offer them for sale, but once I got a bit of masking in on the Bethesda Fountain - pretty straight forward in digital world.

(Thanks Steve for the title: Bethesda Arcade)

Whatever that relapse was yesterday, seems to have been cured by a good nights sleep.  And orders have continued to arrive at the rate of about one per day.  Which is scary.  I have told whoever orders that there is no way these are going out for Christmas - and everyone seems to understand that.  So if they're not for Christmas - than what is going on?  Is it possible that some cosmic force has changed and that this year I will be able to live a little more comfortably - that I'll have money to pick up that 20D in the new year - or is it all part of some cosmic flakey game?  Dunno.

Irony is that once I went to living off the photographic arts - I really couldn't afford much in terms of new camera equipment.  Not like the old days with the consistent paycheck you could count on, where I could go out and spend every penny on new equipment knowing there was a paycheck to follow.  Now, you never know what's gonna happen next.
