Autumn, Central Park

Arrangement in Ochre

Or if you want something more banal: Cleaning up the dead leaves in Central Park.

We are getting down to the end of the LARGE DARKROOM PRINTS.  Soon, Promenade will no longer be available at 16 x 20.  How would you like to get the very last one done in the darkroom?  No?  How 'bout the first one done digitally? No?  How about some tube socks?

If I weren't so impulsive, I would wait until I got advice from you about such things as PDAs.  You are right, as usual.  I should have at least got the color version of the Zire, or even smarter, as Steve suggested (suggests), the Kyocera Smartphone QCP 6035 from eBay.  But alas, and alack, I can't really return the Zire 21 and I'll get used to Grafitti II pretty quickly.  Though that Smartphone is still an interesting option.

Speaking about wireless - here's what I don't get.  Let's say that I get another Verizon capable phone from eBay.  How do I get my number switched to that phone from my current wireless and can two wi phones have the same number, and if they can, then how does Verizon know whether an incoming call should go immediately into the mailbox message center or not?  Is it setup so that if either phone is in standby mode, then it will keep ringing for the set number before going to the box?

Well, when I sat down to write this morning, I had a very nifty story to tell about cats, string theory, and cats and string - but I guess that will have to wait until the mundane stuff is settled.
