I didn't know the Bronx had a flag, but it does and this is it. It actually had a flag before the city had one. This tri-colored flag with the rising sun, the laurel leaves and the heraldic shield was based on the Bronck family crest and the flag of the Netherlands.
"NE CEDE MALIS," means "Yield not to evil."
My Bronx flag would have a background of bricks and windows, and elevated train tracks, and instead of a rising sun -- perhaps two sneakers hanging from a horizontal wire.
